All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

That said, we understand things happen—so store credit is available under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Store Credit

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Final sale or discounted items

Store Credit Details

  • Approved returns will receive store credit only

  • Store credit never expires and may be used on any future purchase

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Process

To request store credit, please contact us at help@blaqboujee.com  with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
